Life In Flow: Yoga Preconception, Pregnancy & Beyond

During the preconception phase, our focus is on cultivating inner peace and preparing the body with pranayama, asanas and Garbh Sanskara, a nurturing practice that fosters positive energy and mindfulness. Hour-long session is dedicated to creating a space of calm and openness, laying a peaceful foundation as you prepare to welcome new life.

As you progress into pregnancy, each 45-minute session is designed to support your changing body, with 30 minutes of gentle, adaptive yoga postures followed by 15 minutes of breath-work. We focus on flexibility, circulation, and relaxation, providing trimester-specific modifications to honor your comfort and safety. Partners are warmly invited to join each session, offering the extra love and support that is so valuable during this time.

In the postnatal phase, Life in Flow gently guides you in rebuilding strength, with special attention to the pelvic floor, core stability, and the joys of bonding with your new baby.
