Our Pranamaya & Meditation class is a 40-minute practice designed to foster mindfulness and inner peace.

We begin with 5 minutes of intention setting to center your focus. This is followed by 15 minutes of pranayama, incorporating techniques such as-

  • Kapalabhati
  • Nadi Shodhana
  • Sheetali
  • Ujjayi
  • Yogic Breath
  • Sama Vritti
  • Bhramari and Others

To energize, calm, and purify the mind and body.

The class concludes with 12 minutes of guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, followed by 8 minutes of self-reflection or silent contemplation, allowing time to process and accept your thoughts and feelings.
