Group sessions typically last 60 minutes except for pregnancy yoga which lasts about 45 mins. For optimal results, we suggest attending 2 times per week, but feel free to join as often as your schedule allows.

No, each link is unique to registered participants. If a friend or family member would like to join, please encourage them to register separately.
