My Story
I’m Anupama Suman, a yoga teacher practicing Hatha Yoga Dynamic Flow, and specializing in prenatal and postnatal yoga. My journey has been winding—studying biotechnology, completing an MBA, and navigating life’s many challenges and stresses. Yoga has been my anchor for years, helping me find peace amidst chaos and embrace both the calm and the storms of life.
With over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and years of personal practice, I have developed a deep understanding of the body, mind, and breath.
During my biotechnology studies, I became particularly interested in women’s health—the discomforts, hormonal shifts, and emotional changes that often accompany pregnancy. I noticed how women are celebrated during pregnancy but can feel isolated after giving birth. This inspired me to create a welcoming, nurturing space that combines scientific knowledge with the healing power of yoga, supporting all women while also offering practices for anyone looking to reconnect with their body and mind.
Let’s practice yoga together—not to lose weight or prove anything, but to build strength, restore balance, and feel whole and at ease within ourselves. When you find that, everything else falls into place.
